1 General Terms

3 Account Registration

• Use a strong, unique password for your ph12 account.
• Enable OTP verification for an added layer of security at login.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

ph12 uses OTP-based login verification and SSL encryption across all account activity. These security measures are in place to protect your account, but they do not replace your personal responsibility to keep your credentials private.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ph12 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported local payment methods, which may include Philippine bank transfers and e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. ph12 does not accept third-party payments. Using a payment method that belongs to someone else may result in account suspension and the return of the relevant funds to the original source.

• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods on ph12.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.

Processing times for withdrawals depend on the payment method selected and may vary. ph12 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes but will make reasonable efforts to process approved withdrawals promptly. Delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside ph12's control.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ph12 may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time.
